Espresso 12 has been designed in order to brew a real italian espresso.
Pressure: 15 bars thanks to the special pump.
Temperature: approx 90°C because the real espresso must be brewed at this temperature, it must be hot otherwise it cannot be called espresso.
Time: not less than 8 seconds because brewing time has its importance.
Coffee: our machine work with 7 grams 40 mm paper pods which simply the brewing process, keep coffee always fresh and have the benefit of being a fully biodegradable product that can decompose naturally.
